|Its spring and the last few days have been warm, sunny and without wind. Perfect for the bees who have been busy harvesting pollen and nectar from my Peach tree. |
The tree (which is in its fourth year) was summer pruned last year, sprayed with lime sulphur in autumn at leaf fall, and will be sprayed with aerated compost tea next week. Its looking very healthy and full of blossom and I hope for a great crop this summer.
